FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. Shipping prices will appear in your cart when you have made a selection and entered your address. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Large Size Products
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?.
- My aim is to not only have you as a customer, but to have you as a collector of my work. I will make every reasonable attempt to satisfy you if you are unhappy with your purchase.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Buying art is a personal and subjective process. Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions and clear representative images of the artwork on our site. Different monitors will display colors differently and different people see things differently. With that in mind, if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will attempt to come to a resolution that we both can be happy with.
- Orders can not be cancelled after being placed. Any returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt and will incur a 15% restocking fee
